Our Thursday night darts league is proving to be
a big success with the regulars, players and spectators
alike. With a gallon of beer for the highest outshot over
one hundred and a pint for your first “one eighty” it is
a good to watch or take part in event.
Two dart boards and a big screen to watch the matches
on ensure you do not miss a shot.
New players and spectators are always welcome.
RACE NIGHT A REAL WINNER
The charity race night held at the Bell on Friday 6 of
August was a fantastic night raising in excess of £600..
One or two of the events attendees went home with
aching limbs after an unannounced race involving
them running up and down High Street wearing racing
silks and carrying riding crops. Although an accusation
of cheating was made the result stood as it did not
interfere with the winning runner.
